Make checks payable to Tim's Toolbox LLC and hand it over once the job's finished. Add your address or invoice number in the memo line so it's easy to match up.

When is payment due?
Payment is due once the work is finished and you're happy with it. There's no deposit for everyday jobs, and you'll always know the price before Tim starts. Remember there's a one-hour minimum, so the smallest visit is one hour at $70.

For now Tim keeps it simple with Venmo, cash, and check, which helps keep his rates low and avoids card-processing fees. If a card is the only thing that works for you, just ask and he'll do his best to sort something out.
Is there a fee to pay with Venmo?
No. Sending a payment on Venmo is free, and Tim never adds a surcharge. The price you approve is the price you pay.
Can I get a receipt or an invoice?
Of course. Just ask and Tim will send a simple receipt or invoice for your records, which is handy for rentals and businesses. Venmo and your bank also keep their own record of the payment.
